'Children of the Night' to vie at Busan filmfest

Iranian documentary 'Children of the Night' has been selected to vie at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) in South Korea.

Behrouz Nouranipour's latest directorial experience will have its international premiere at the 25th edition of the Korean event.

Produced by the Center for Expansion of Documentary and Experimental Cinema, the film will compete at the documentary competition section of the festival.

The 83-minute 'Children of the Night' narrates the life story of soldier kids in wars.

The doc had its national premiere at the 13th edition of Cinema Verite film festival in Iran.

Founded in 1996, the BIFF is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia.

The latest edition of the BIFF will take place on October 7-16, 2020.
